This is the privacy statement of DAB PUMPS IBERICA S.L.. DAB is the responsible for the personal data processing. DAB is committed to protecting your privacy. In this privacy statement we explain what our policy is regarding personal data processing. We will point out what personal data we process, how we protect your privacy and what rights you are entitled to.
General
This Privacy Statement refers to all personal information collected and used by DAB and is based on the Group Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) for Business Partner, Customer, Supplier data, visitors to our website and visitors to our office. DAB respects your privacy and complies with the regulations of the EU-privacy legislation and if applicable with local privacy legislation.
What Personal Data do we collect
We collect personal data when you provide it to us. Your Personal Data includes but is not limited to name, address, phone number, email address, zip-code, city, through registration, completion of forms or e-mails, as part of an order for products or services, request for quotation or product information or other situations in which you chose to share Personal Data with DAB.
The purpose of collecting your Personal Data
We will process and use your Personal Data for realizing any agreement between you and DAB fulfilling a request from you for information or advice, meeting fiscal or other legal requirements, to provide services to you in the best way possible and to send you information on our company, product developments and updates that will suit your interests.
We may share your data within DAB Group for the same purposes as referred to above. As the BCR is valid for all DAB Group companies your data will be processed in accordance with these rules.
DAB may engage third parties. These third parties will only process your data to perform any relevant service as requested by you. When processing your Personal Data these third parties will do so in the capacity of Data Processor for DAB where DAB has taken the needed technical and organizational measures to ensure that your date is processed solely for the purposes it is intended for.
Securing your data
DAB sets high standards to itself in taking care of securing its data. For this reason, DAB has taken various technical and organizations measures to protect your Personal Data against theft or misuse. Our systems are secured to general accepted security controls and standards.
Do we share your Personal Data with third parties
We share information with third parties to perform services to you. DAB does not sell the data it has collected to advertisers or other third parties.
Retention period
We store your Personal Data only for as long as this is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, namely to deliver the requested products and services to you, to communicate with you. Some of your Personal Data may, however, be stored for accounting purposes or for defense of legal claims. This Personal Data will be stored until the expiration of the statutory limitation period. Moreover, some of your Personal Data may be stored in an anonymized form that does not allow you to be identified.
How can you access your Personal Data? / Further rights
Under applicable law, you have various rights (under the conditions set out in applicable law).
Withdrawal of consent: If you have declared your consent for any Personal Data processing activities you can withdraw this consent at any time with future effect. Such a withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the consent.
Right of access: You may have the right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not Personal Data concerning you is processed, and, where that is the case, to request access to the Personal Data. The access information includes – inter alia – the purposes of the processing, the categories of Personal Data concerned, and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the Personal Data have been or will be disclosed. However, this is not an absolute right and the interests of other individuals may restrict your right of access.
You may have the right to obtain a copy of the Personal Data undergoing processing. For further copies requested by you, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
Right to rectification: You may have the right to obtain from us the rectification of inaccurate Personal Data concerning you. Depending on the purposes of the processing, you may have the right to have incomplete Personal Data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to obtain from us the erasure of Personal Data concerning you and we may be obliged to erase such Personal Data.
Right to restriction of processing: Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to obtain from us restriction of processing your Personal Data. In this case, the respective data will be marked and may only be processed by us for certain purposes.
Right to object: Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, or where Personal Data are processed for direct marketing purposes at any time to the processing of your Personal Data by us and we can be required to no longer process your Personal Data.
Right to data portability: Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to receive the Personal Data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you may have the right to transmit those data to another entity without hindrance from us.

Filing of complaints
